2. Appointment Scheduling

All consultations are subject to availability. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with reasonable notice. BrightBlock reserves the right to reschedule due to inclement weather, product availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Estimates & Orders

Quotes provided during consultations are estimates only and may vary based on product selection, home conditions, or customizations. Orders are considered confirmed once a deposit or signed approval is received.


4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We accept major payment methods.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.


6. Product Warranty

Products may come with manufacturer warranties. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for [Insert Period, e.g., 12 months]. Please contact us if you notice any issues post-installation.
